How to use service
1. [HA Service Request] Click button to request service. 2. Customer phone number is sent to Mantech. 3. Mantech contacts to customer and provides consulting for HA(In 24 hrs) 4. System Buildup : Set the date to build up (In 1 week, if possible) 5. Register at portal by completion notice when HA service structure would be done 6. Billing through portal
Technical suppot for MCCS customer
1. You can contact to Mantech by email or phone. They do initial installation and technical support by remote server connection. 2. It is basically provided installation support, way of usage and troubleshooting. 3. You can ask for site visit to Mantech(In this case, it is on charge for service with additional direct cost.
